Shipping

We ship from our studio in Prague to most countries within the European Union.
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

Once dispatched, delivery within the EU usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your parcel leaves our hands.

Shipping is €9 across the EU, or free on orders over €85.

All items are carefully packed using plastic-free, recyclable materials. Every parcel is a quiet gesture — wrapped slowly, with intention.

Returns

We hope each piece finds a home where it belongs. But if something isn’t quite right, please read the following carefully:

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@havelstudio.eu within this 14-day window.

Returned items must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition

• Sent back in the original packaging or equivalent protective materials

• Returned at your own cost (we do not cover return shipping)

We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that show signs of use or damage.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
